Your Dream home on the Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca is a Mediterranean coastal region in south eastern Spain. The region is popular with many nationalities because of warm weather in the summer and the mild winters. The Costa Blanca is recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as having the healthiest climate in Europe. In addition to a Mediterranean climate with sun, sea and sand, the Costa Blanca also offers lovely villages with authentic Spanish atmosphere.

The Mediterranean climate guarantees more than 300 sunny days a year. In summer, the average temperature is a pleasant 25 ° C. The Costa Blanca is warmer than the Costa Brava. Only the probability of temperatures towards 40 ° C is smaller here than on the Costa del Sol. The summer weather will last at least until September, sometimes to November.

Costa Blanca is the name given to the 212 km stretch of land on the eastern Mediterranean coast in the Province of Alicante. An interesting countryside bursting with almond and orange groves, palm trees, fruit and vegetable gardens, vineyards and pine trees.

This unique climate has often been referred to as the Florida of Europe. While temperatures at the coast are mild, on average around 17° C, it seldom rains. Inland the rainfall is higher which guarantees enough water for the Coastal regions. The sea around the Costa Blanca is so clean it has received more "blue flags" from the European Community than any other stretch of coast in Europe. The lack of heavy industry in this area and the environmental protection both contribute to the regions high standards. Each corner of this coast has is own attractions. The Costa Blanca has many.

From traditional fiestas such as "Moors and Christians" dating back to the 16th century, to classical and modern art, music and theatre, the Costa Blanca has something to offer for everyone. Traditional local handicrafts are abundant!

The most famous towns of the Costa Blanca region are Javea (with the healthiest weather condition throughout Europe), Denia, Calpe, Moraira and the wonderful valley of Jalon.

Due to the continual increase in tourism, sport has become a focal point on the Costa Blanca. Over 10 golf courses, around 20 marinas, numerous surf, sail and diving schools, swimming pools and tennis courts where one can relax and enjoy one's sports and pastimes. The natural landscape of the Costa Blanca is ideal for the sport minded - the sea and sands for water sports, the rolling hills for mountain-bikers and walkers, and open countryside for horse riding
